Rewa Provincial Holding Company Limited (RPHCL) serves as the commercial arm of the Vanua of Rewa and its people. As one of the fourteen provinces in Fiji, Rewa comprises nine districts, and Rewa Holdings plays a vital role in managing and developing its commercial assets.
Our core business focuses on property ownership, administration, and development. We currently own and manage Ro Lalabalavu House, a ten-story commercial building in central Suva, fully leased by the Fiji Government. Additionally, we hold a lease in Koronivia, where plans are underway for the construction of a multi-purpose event hall to support community and commercial activities.
RPHCL has also expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a prime landholding on Brewster Street, Toorak, which is currently in the development phase. This strategic investment aligns with our commitment to sustainable growth and long-term economic benefits for the province and its people.
With fourteen years of operation, RPHCL is led by a Chief Executive Officer and a dedicated support team, reporting to a Board of Directors. Our mission is to drive economic prosperity through responsible asset management and forward-thinking investments.
