The purpose of this form
This form is designed to assist in gathering and recording all “Kai Rewa” and “vasu” personal and professional information. The main purpose of gathering these information is to identify potential Rewans who can assist in capacity building and economic development programs within the province.
Data Privacy & Safety
All personal data in relation to individuals are collected for a specified legitimate purposes and will not be used for any other purpose other than what it was intended for. RPHCL assumes that all personal data provided has been provided freely with the intention of assisting the Rewa province in its development work. RPHCL shall maintain a Database to store all these information and individuals have the right to access their personal data. These Information is covered under RPHCL’s Data policy guidelines to protect the privacy of individuals providing this information.
