Ro Naulu Mataitini -  Chairman of the Board

Ro Naulu currently serves as an Executive Security Consultant with the International Monetary Fund and is a retired Security Executive with the United Nations. He brings a wealth of expertise in international security and risk management, playing a critical role in safeguarding global operations. Ro Naulu holds a Master of Arts in International Security Studies and Management from Leicester, UK.

On June 2, 2023, he was installed as the Vunivalu of Rewa. As Chairman of the Board, he is committed to upholding and advancing the company’s standards, ensuring continued success and operational excellence.

Ro Teimumu Kepa - Honourary Director

A distinguished and highly respected member of our Board, Na Marama Bale na Roko Tui Dreketi holds significant roles as a Member of the Great Council of Chiefs (GCC) and the Board of the Trust for the Sustainable Land Scheme (TSLS). She is a former Member of Parliament, having served as the Opposition Leader in the Fiji Parliament, and has held the prestigious position of Cabinet Minister for Education. In addition to her political career, Na Marama is a former school teacher, contributing greatly to Fiji’s education system. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the South Pacific (USP), Fiji.

Mr Paula Navunisaravi - Director

Mr. Navunisaravi is a valued member of the company and a former senior civil servant with the Fiji government, bringing extensive expertise in governance, development, and public administration. He holds an MBA and Postgraduate Diplomas in Governance (USP, Fiji) and Development Studies (Massey, NZ), as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. His qualifications and experience provide valuable insights that contribute to the company’s strategic direction, governance, and sustainable development.

Mr Nemani Buresova - Director

Mr. Buresova is a former Permanent Secretary for several key Government Ministries, including Agriculture, Fisheries and Forests, Finance, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Policy Analysis, and Women, Culture and Social Welfare. His extensive experience in government policy, economics, and development provides invaluable expertise in guiding the company through complex regulatory landscapes and strategic decision-making. He holds a Master of Economics (MEc) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Economics from the University of New England, Australia, a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and a Diploma in Public Administration and Development from the FAO, Rome. Additionally, he holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment(USP), Fiji, which enhances his ability to support the company’s initiatives.

Mr Jone Sovalawa - Director

Mr. Sovalawa is the Executive Chair of the Agriculture Marketing Authority, where he leads initiatives to improve the marketing and distribution of agricultural products. With a strong background in both the public and private sectors, he previously served as the Deputy Secretary of Operations at the Ministry of Agriculture and as a banker at the Fiji Development Bank (FDB). His extensive experience in strategic leadership, agricultural development, and financial management enables him to offer valuable insights that support our organization’s goals of fostering sustainable growth and expanding market opportunities. Mr. Sovalawa holds a Bachelor of Agriculture(USP), an MBA(USP), and a Master of Business Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Mr Cama Raimuria - Director

Mr. Raimuria is the current General Manager of Corporate Services at the iTaukei Land Trust Board (ITLTB). He previously held the position of Associate Director for Strategy, Operations, and Culture at Oxfam in the Pacific. A Chartered Accountant and a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants, Mr. Raimuria brings a wealth of expertise in corporate governance and strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (USP), Fiji.

Ms Wati Seeto - Independent Director

Ms. Seeto is the Financial Services Ombudsperson at the Reserve Bank of Fiji, a position she currently holds. A seasoned lawyer with over 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of legal and financial expertise to her role. Ms. Seeto joined the Board in May 2019, contributing significantly to its governance and strategic direction. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Public Policy (PDLP), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the South Pacific (USP), Fiji.

Ms Daiana Buresova - Director

Ms. Buresova is a highly regarded consultant specializing in international trade and investment law, with a particular focus on non-communicable disease (NCD) risk factors, such as alcohol and unhealthy diets. She provides expert advisory services to Pacific Governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), as well as regional and international institutions, offering guidance on legislative drafting, women’s rights, and governance matters. Ms. Buresova holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University (1992), a Professional Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the University of the South Pacific (1999), and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney (2002).
