Rewa Provincial Holding Company Limited (RPHCL) serves as the commercial and investment arm of the Vanua of Rewa and its people. As one of Fiji’s fourteen provinces, Rewa comprises nine districts, and RPHCL plays a pivotal role in managing and developing commercial assets to generate sustainable wealth and support provincial growth. Our core business centers on property ownership, administration, and development. We own and manage Ro Lalabalavu House, a ten-storey commercial building in central Suva, which remains fully leased to the Fiji Government, providing stable revenue streams. We also hold a lease in Koronivia, where plans continue for the construction of a multi-purpose event hall to facilitate community gatherings, cultural events, and commercial activities that benefit the people of Rewa.
RPHCL has further expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of prime freehold land on Brewster Street, Toorak, currently in the development phase. This strategic investment underscores our focus on long-term economic value creation and diversification for the province. In active partnership with the Rewa Provincial Council, RPHCL contributes significantly to provincial development initiatives.
